A pesar de ser uno de los discos menos exitoso de esta banda pionera del Funk( entre sus filas encontramos a Larry Graham creador del Slap), la complejidad rítmica que presenta es fundamental para entender la evolución de este género. Destacar el tema "If You Want Me To Stay" en el que a pesar de su aparente calma, la contundencia del bajo junto con una batería unida pero a veces alejada de este sin dejarlo por completo y una voz hipnótica, entran en cuerpo y alma quedando ganas de más a su fin.
